Cool off in our saltwater swimming pool or relax in a hammock in the orchard.

You’ll find our former farmhouse, now converted into Country House Montesoffio, at the end of a country road just a short distance from Barchi. The medieval village of Barchi is located 25 minutes from the Adriatic Sea amidst a mixture of gentle hills and small settlements nestled on the slopes of the towering peaks that make up the beautiful landscape of Pesaro-Urbino.

We have eight charming, comfortable apartments and four splendid B&B rooms available for our guests. There are 6 two-room apartments and 2 three-room apartments that will accommodate up to six persons. All the apartments (40 - 60 m2) have their entrance on the ground floor. They all feature a combination of living-dining and kitchen area, a bathroom, and one or two bedrooms. One of our apartments is equipped to accommodate disabled guests. Fruit and olive trees and a certified biological vineyard surround the house. Our lovely swimming pool has a panoramic view across the countryside.

Be our guest on the terraces or in the dining hall (with bar, fireplace and free WiFi) to enjoy the special ambiance and home cooked Italian meals that are served inside or outside in an atmosphere of warmth, accented by large wooden tables and the charm of the Italian countryside. Whenever possible, we use the fruits, vegetables and herbs grown in our gardens and the olive oil produced here at the estate. The wine we serve also has its origins in our own or other local vineyards.
We also have a charging point for electric cars (20 kW, T2 connector)

B&B kamers from 75,- to 110,- euro p/d (2 pers).
Apartments from 520,- to 1.415,- euro per week (2-4 pers.).
